An attorney–client relationship is formed only by a mutually executed written engagement agreement, after a conflicts check. The practice designs, deploys, and governs artificial-intelligence systems. AI systems are probabilistic: their outputs can be incomplete, outdated, or wrong, and they require human professional review. Descriptions of governance methods, evaluation frameworks, guardrails, or accuracy outcomes on this Site are descriptions of methodology — not a warranty that any system, including systems we design, will perform without error or that its outputs may be relied upon without qualified human judgment.

References on this Site to past engagements and outcomes — including transaction values, liability-reduction percentages, and efficiency figures — describe specific matters under specific circumstances. Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome. Every engagement differs.
