The pilot set is sold on the terms below, accepted at checkout. Scaled, full and exclusive licences run under the full Data Licence Agreement, executed by e-signature — sent for review before any commitment.
Pilot Licence Terms
By purchasing you (the Licensee) accept these terms with Amin Consulting, LLC, trading as Fidem Praxis (the Licensor).
- Grant. A non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, perpetual, worldwide licence to use the Pilot Set internally to train, fine-tune, evaluate, benchmark and align machine-learning models, including by your affiliates on the same terms.
- Models are yours. Models you train and their outputs belong to you and may be deployed and distributed without further fee, provided no model or output is designed or used to reconstruct or redistribute the Pilot Set.
- Restrictions. No resale, redistribution, publication, sublicensing or disclosure of the Pilot Set; no use of it to build a dataset, benchmark or corpus that competes with or substitutes for it; no removal of proprietary notices.
- Warranty. The Licensor warrants that it created the Pilot Set, has the right to license it, and that it contains no personal data. Otherwise the Pilot Set is provided as is, and no particular result is warranted.
- Liability. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss; each party's total liability is capped at the fees paid.
- Not advice. The Pilot Set is training and evaluation material about legal language. It is not legal, financial or Sharia advice and creates no attorney–client relationship.
- Law. This licence is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules, and the state and federal courts sitting in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with it.
- Refunds. Digital data delivered on purchase. No refunds once the download link has been issued, except where the delivered files do not conform to the published specification, in which case the non-conforming part will be corrected or replaced.
- Credit toward a larger licence. The pilot fee is credited in full against a scaled, full or exclusive licence taken within 90 days of purchase.
The Data Licence Agreement
Scaled, full, exclusive and bespoke licences run under a complete Data Licence Agreement between the Licensee and Amin Consulting, LLC. It is short and negotiable, and the full text is sent for review before any commitment. Its structure:
